MONTPELIER INVESTMENT CORPORATION, LTD.

The MIC is a privately funded group made up of concerned residents and or business owners who all share a common goal of wanting to improve the community of Montpelier.  Our name says it all... Montpelier Investment Corporation...  We are investing in Montpelier.

In recent months, we have been focusing on growing our downtown to have a more viable business district as well as bringing new industry into our community.  We see competition as a good thing for Montpelier and that begins with eliminating mediocrity.   We are aiming to focus on the areas that we can control and removing obstacles that prevent growth of our community. 

We have received tremendous support from residents of our community and hope that you will find out more about the MIC and how to get involved.

Mission:

To continue the revitalization of Montpelier through the investment in and promotion of critical, destination establishments and a permanent population.

Goals:

-To provide a moderate risk investment opportunity for concerned citizens in the revitalization of Montpelier  

-To promote the creation of destinations to bring residents and visitors to Montpelier

-To promote and manage a sustainable growth in the accommodation of a permanent population (residential, commercial, professional, etc) in Montpelier

 -To cooperate with and promote existing commercial interests in the village of Montpelier.
