To continue the revitalization of Montpelier through the investment in and promotion of critical, destination establishments and a permanent population.

Goals:

-To provide a moderate risk investment opportunity for concerned citizens in the revitalization of Montpelier  

-To promote the creation of destinations to bring residents and visitors to Montpelier

 To promote and manage a sustainable growth in the accommodation of a permanent population (residential, commercial, professional, etc) in Montpelier

 To cooperate with and promote existing commercial interests in the village of Montpelier
